The delivery time depends on the destination country and the time of order. Once the order is placed and payment is completed, the exact delivery date will be provided to you.

If the estimated delivery time is longer than 10 – 14 days and we can obtain a confirmed delivery date from our supplier on out-of-stock items we will give the option to wait for the order or process a full refund. If we cannot get a firm delivery time on new orders, we will process a full refund and the item will be marked out of stock until dates can be confirmed.

Delivery times on out-of-stock items vary due to production time, dates are given in good faith based on the best information we have at the time of order, but please be aware these dates are subject to change as each piece is handmade.

Although we do carry extensive stocks not all products are in stock at all times, if you do require a quick delivery service or a more accurate delivery date please contact us to check stock positions prior to ordering.
